Property Description

Type Type of the battery, such as SuperCaP (super-capacitor, known as the

CacheVault Power Module).

Status Current status of the battery, such as Optimal.

Temperature Indicates the current temperature of the battery. Also indicates whether the

current temperature of the battery is normal or high.

Retention

Time

The number of hours the battery can support the data in event of a power

failure.

See Section 4.3, Battery Life and Data Retention Time, on page 135, for detailed

data retention time for each BBU unit.

Capacitance Available capacitance of the battery, stated as a percentage.
